After defaiting Lady Maria in "easy peasy" mode, my "heroic" hunter making his first steps in the Fishing Hamlet area... And died right away xD I thought there was a ground A death that wasn't much of a problem but was really ridiculous...

Featuring Father Gascoigne and the Church Assassin Brador  
It's related to a fic, where the hunter has the possibility to spare Father Gascoigne, by not killing him and bringing him to the Oedon Chapel instead.
Father Gascoigne is paradoxically the hardest boss for me (and I killed Ludwig, Ebrietas, Bloody Crow of Cainhurst etc... I felt they were easy compared to him. I stopped counting how many times I died against Gascoigne...) and my favorite character in the game.
